Hello
I’m Charlotte, founder and host of The Night Feed.

The idea for the podcast came to me one night at 3am when I was pacing the floor with my four-week-old. I was sleep-deprived, milk-stained and convinced I was the only mother awake in the world.
Then it struck me, somewhere, countless other mums were doing the exact same thing. I just couldn’t see them. Out of that moment of exhaustion and loneliness, The Night Feed was born; a podcast that feels like a friend in the dark. A space for honesty, laughter and connection for mothers everywhere who are awake at 2am, feeding, rocking or simply surviving.

Since launching, The Night Feed has grown into a global community of women who remind each other that we’re never truly alone, even in the quietest hours.

Now a mum of three, I’m back in the thick of the night feeds myself, still finding comfort in the same conversations that started it all. Through the podcast and our growing village, my mission is simple: to help mothers feel seen, supported and less alone in the wild, beautiful chaos of early motherhood.
